The Sonny porch is an 18′ x 16′ custom composite porch with a deck extending off the front. The deck leads to stairs which bring you to the backyard and patio. The porch features TimberTech’s Harvest collection in Kona and Brownstone. The ceiling and wall are finished in tongue and groove cedar and white SunSpace vinyl windows. The SunSpace windows allow the homeowners to enjoy the porch late into the fall. This beautiful backyard creates a private and quiet space to enjoy with friends and family.
