Wood Projects

Rubene Project

Location: Shakopee

The Rubene family wanted a nice cedar deck, that fit in the corner of their house, to enjoy their backyard view on.

Lippert Deck

Location: Blaine

The Lippert's had a nice patio area outside their basement doors, but wanted a deck off of their dining room. Using substantial cedar posts on the corners, along with aluminum balusters, really make this deck stand out.

Kalidon Stairs

Location: Prior Lake

The over to top cost of concrete stairs led the Kalidons to hire PHI Decks to build a simple set of cedar steps from their patio door to the concrete patio below.

Mavetz Project

Location: Shakopee

The Mavetz’s weren’t able to enjoy their patio for a majority of the summer because of the hot Minnesota summer sun. They called PHI Decks to build a cedar pergola to help create some shade and make the patio more useful.

Burns Project

Location: Maple Grove

After being unhappy with several other deck builders, the Burns’ called PHI Decks to help them add value and useable space to their Maple Grove home.

Weldon Project

Location: Medina

The soil conditions in Medina are wet, sticky clay. Because of this, alternative deck footings are often necessary to ensure proper bearing capacity. On the Weldon’s project we achieved this with metal helical piers.

Clark Project

Location: Minneapolis

With a small Minneapolis backyard and city zoning requirements to take into consideration, PHI Decks was able to give the Clarks a free standing deck with built in benches and decorative skirting.

Zhao Project

Location: Shakopee

The Zhao’s Shakopee deck is a prime example of the unique shapes that can be done while building a deck.

Welshon Project

Location: Hastings
